Vineyard & Production

Grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed to extract a lightly coloured must. Fermentation occurs slowly at 15°C to preserve the fresh aromatics, and the wine is bottled soon after fermentation to retain its youthful vibrancy.

Tasting Notes

The wine shows a stunning pale colour with intense citrus and red berry aromas, including notes of candied strawberry and subtle tropical hints. The palate is fresh and lively, with crisp acidity balancing the fruity character.
