Production

Shiraz grapes are harvested at peak ripeness and fermented to retain fruit concentration. The wine is then carbonated to achieve its fine sparkle and bottled under cork. Alcohol content is typically around 13.5%, with a medium-dry profile that balances sweetness and structure.

Ruby crimson with purple hues. Aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry, strawberry, and mocha. The palate is rich and juicy, with dark berry flavours, fine bubbles, and a touch of chocolatey spice. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture and a clean, fruit-forward finish.
