A fresh and rich plumb, warm and soft with good core of fruit, very polished and well refined with lots of potential with well-integrated oak on the finish. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 55%. Merlot 40% and Petit Verdot 5%.

Fermentation takes place in a mix of cement and stainless steel tanks. Aged for 10-12 months in French oak barrels which 35% are new.

A great red to serve with roast lamb served with pink with herbs, rare sirloin steak.
