The estate is dedicated to traditional vineyard practices and careful cellar work, focusing on low yields, attentive vine management and thoughtful ageing. Their wines are admired for their balance of power, elegance and authenticity, reflecting the distinctive character of Fronsac.

Production

Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness from mature Merlot vines and sorted meticulously before gentle fermentation in temperature‑controlled vats. Extraction is managed with precision to build structure without sacrificing finesse. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, where it develops layers of spice, roundness and integration. This patient approach results in a polished, harmonious and age‑worthy expression of the appellation.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby in colour, the wine opens with aromas of black cherry, plum, cassis and hints of cedar, tobacco and warm spice. The palate is full‑bodied and supple, offering ripe dark fruit, subtle earthy notes and well‑integrated oak. Fine tannins and balanced acidity give it structure and poise, leading to a long, satisfying finish with lingering notes of blackberry and gentle spice.
