A pretty red wine with a dark, intense and beautiful colour. Fruity and creamy nose. Rather extracted in the mouth, but very fruity and tastier than usual at the same age. The softness and smoothness prevail in the middle and on the finish. Good length, without angle. This Lascombes 2015 already shows a lot of oak while the aging remains to come.

Medium to deep garnet-purple in colour, the 2016 Lascombes has a beautiful nose of black forest cake, violets, cassis and tilled soil with wafts of garrigue and potpourri. Medium-bodied, very fine and elegant with great intensity of restrained, earthy flavours, it has a long, savoury finish.
