Tasting Notes
Deep ruby‑purple in colour, the wine opens with aromas of blackcurrant, plum, cedar, violet, and subtle toasted spice. The palate is full‑bodied and structured, offering layers of dark fruit, graphite, cocoa, and well‑integrated oak. Firm yet polished tannins support the richness, while fresh acidity brings lift. The finish is long, refined, and complex, with lingering notes of cassis, spice, and fine oak.

Food Pairing
Serve at 16–18°C after decanting for an hour. Excellent with roast lamb, grilled beef, duck, hard cheeses, and richly flavoured mushroom dishes. Its structure and depth also make it a rewarding wine to cellar and enjoy as it evolves.
