Vineyard & Production

The grapes are cultivated on the estate's distinctive limestone-clay soils, known locally as gravoches, located on the outskirts of the village of Cuers. To lock in maximum freshness and delicate aromatics, the fruit is harvested during the cool of the night. After gentle pressing to create a pale, elegant rosé de presse, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures for two to three weeks. The wine is then rested on its fine lees until bottling, a process that coaxes out a beautiful, rounded texture and enhanced complexity.
