Vineyard & Production

Sourced from the finest vineyards in the Cotes de Provence appellation, where the combination of Mediterranean sunshine, cooling sea breezes, and well-drained limestone and schist soils produce grapes of exceptional aromatic purity. The wine is made from a careful selection of the best free-run and press juices, then fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, delicacy, and purity of fruit.

Tasting Notes

Pale blush in colour with a luminous clarity. The nose is delicate and fragrant with fresh red berry, white peach, and floral notes. On the palate, it is dry yet lush with a silky texture, generous fruit, and a clean, smooth, lingering finish. The balance of freshness and depth is impeccable.
