Production

Grapes are hand‑harvested from organically and biodynamically farmed parcels, then sorted carefully to ensure only pristine fruit enters the cellar. Fermentation takes place at cool temperatures to preserve delicate aromatics, with gentle handling throughout to maintain purity and texture. The wine is aged on fine lees to enhance mouthfeel and complexity, resulting in a crisp, elegant and naturally expressive Bordeaux blanc.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw in colour, the wine opens with bright aromas of lemon zest, grapefruit, white peach and subtle floral notes. The palate is fresh and lively, offering citrus and orchard fruit layered with a touch of herbaceous lift and a fine mineral thread. Balanced acidity gives it a clean, precise structure, while the finish is crisp, refreshing and gently persistent.
