Vineyard & Production

Crafted from Tempranillo and Syrah vines aged between three and forty years, planted on a variety of soils including loam, clay, chalk, and sand. Low-yielding vineyards are carefully monitored to ensure grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. After hand harvesting, the grapes undergo a two-day maceration followed by a fourteen-day fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Cold stabilisation is applied before bottling to ensure freshness, vibrancy, and purity of expression.

Tasting Notes

Ruby with dark purple at the centre. The nose is aromatic, with notes of liquorice, dark fruits, and hints of litchi. The palate is intense, supple, and medium-bodied, finishing long and rounded with balanced structure.

Perfect Pairings

Pairs beautifully with Spanish and hearty dishes such as chorizo with broad beans, spaghetti Bolognese, toad in the hole, and steak frites. A genuinely versatile food wine.
