Vineyard & Winemaking

Produced from 15+ year old Picpoul vines, grown on limestone-rich soils overlooking the Mediterranean lagoon of Thau. Grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness, gently pressed and fermented without malolactic fermentation to ensure crisp, zesty vibrancy.
