Production

Hand-harvested organic Verdejo grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatics. The wine is then matured briefly on its lees to enhance texture and complexity while retaining the vibrant, crisp flavours that define the variety.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw colour with green highlights. The nose offers aromas of citrus, green apple, and fresh herbs. On the palate, crisp, lively, and well-balanced, with refreshing acidity, clean minerality, and a persistent, zesty finish. Best served well chilled at 8 to 10 degrees Celsius.
