Vineyard & Production

Fruit is harvested across March and April at optimal ripeness, then fermented on skins for 10 days to extract deep colour, tannin, and flavour concentration. The wine is matured for 18 months in a combination of French and American oak puncheons, adding richness, texture, and complexity while allowing the fruit to integrate fully before blending and bottling.

Tasting Notes

Dense magenta in colour with a deep, inviting hue. The nose opens with aromas of spiced black plum and vanillin oak. On the palate, full-bodied and concentrated with layers of ripe black plum, warm spice, and notes of chocolate and mocha oak. Smooth mid-palate weight and fine, integrated tannins deliver balance and finesse, with a long, satisfying finish.
