Campbells Bobbie Burns Shiraz is a rich and expressive red wine from Rutherglen, Victoria, crafted to showcase the region’s bold Shiraz character. Campbells of Rutherglen is a fifth-generation, family-owned winery producing wines of great regional distinction. Known for its commitment to quality and heritage, Campbells blends traditional winemaking with modern precision to craft expressive wines that reflect the unique terroir of Rutherglen.

Production

Following fermentation on skins for seven to ten days using open and closed fermenters, the wine was matured for 18 months in a mix of new to three-year-old French and American oak barrels to develop complexity, texture, and balance.

Dense ruby red with crimson tints. The nose reveals ripe dark fruits, blackberries, and spiced plums, with hints of star anise, chocolate, and oak. The palate is smooth and seamless, showing richness, depth, and fine tannins on the finish.
