Calçada Wines is dedicated to crafting wines that express the unique terroir of Portugal's Minho region. By combining traditional winemaking practices with modern techniques, the winery focuses on producing fresh, aromatic, and balanced wines that capture the essence of the local grape varieties.

Production

The grapes are carefully selected, de-stemmed, and lightly pressed to extract pure juice. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with precise temperature control over two weeks. After fermentation, the wine is filtered, stabilized, and bottled, preserving its natural freshness and aromatic intensity.
