This high-altitude Pinot Noir from Cadus expresses the typical characteristics of a vineyard located so high up and aged for 12 months in French oak. Notes of cherry and cinnamon spice on the nose, while the palate is sweet with more black fruit and cherries. Fresh herbal notes add a certain complexity and elegance. Overall this is a well balanced wine with good acidity and soft persistence on the palate making a great fresh finish.
