Vineyard & Production

Grapes are hand-picked and undergo strict, selective sorting on tables before an extremely delicate whole-bunch pressing with a super short maceration to produce the wine's beautiful, pale colour. Slow fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated vats to preserve freshness and aromatic precision.

Tasting Notes

Attractive bright hue with flecks of pink. A seductive aromatic palette of citrus notes on the nose combined with a subtle hint of red fruit. Rich and mineral on the palate, with notes of peach and apricot underpinned by lovely freshness. The finish is juicy and well-balanced.
