Vineyard & Production

Crafted from carefully selected vineyard parcels across California's cooler coastal regions, where Pacific breezes and morning fog encourage slow, even ripening. These conditions preserve freshness, enhance aromatic nuance and allow Pinot Noir to develop its hallmark finesse. Soils range from marine sediment to volcanic composites, contributing complexity and subtle mineral tension. Grapes are harvested at peak ripeness, gently destemmed and given a cool maceration before fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is then aged in a combination of French oak barrels, predominantly seasoned, bringing layered spice and roundness without overwhelming the fruit.
