Made from the Negroamaro grape variety in the Puglia region of Italy. Aged in oak barrels for 6 months. Full bodied, dry and smooth in the mouth, it has an earthiness which is typical of this grape variety. Pairs well with meat based pasta dishes, roasted or grilled meats and cheese.
