Winemaking
Grapes are carefully selected from vineyards across South Eastern Australia. Harvesting takes place at night to retain freshness before immediate crushing. Fermentation is carried out under controlled temperatures to preserve aromatics and soft, ripe fruit flavours while avoiding overly harsh tannins. The result is a balanced Shiraz that is generous yet smooth.

Tasting Notes
This Australian Shiraz is soft, juicy and full of ripe plum and dark berry flavours. The palate is velvety, with subtle savoury tannins that add balance and structure. A smooth and easy-drinking red wine that perfectly embodies the charm of South Eastern Australia.
