Meet the Producer

Boutinot France began as a small importer and has grown into a passionate winemaking group, crafting wines that reflect both region and character. The Lieux Perdus label was inspired by a collaboration with artist Timothy Birch to capture a sense of escapism and free-spirited living.

Production

Grapes are sourced from vineyards near the Bassin de Thau and the village of Pézenas. The wine is made using the classic rosé de presse method combined with white wine vinification techniques. Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed to extract colour without tannins and fermented at cool temperatures to preserve delicate aromatics and freshness. The wine is bottled under screwcap to maintain its vibrant character.

Tasting Notes

Pale, pretty pink in colour, the wine displays aromas of fresh strawberries. The palate is creamy with red fruit flavours, balanced by a bright, blackcurrant finish.
