Careful vinification off the skins preserves the wine's delicate character, while four months of maturation in stainless steel maintains freshness and aromatic purity. Vineyard and Production

Grapes are grown in the Valle dei Laghi in Trentino, benefiting from a sub-Mediterranean climate and well-drained, medium-fertile soils. Harvested at medium-low yields of 70 hectolitres per hectare, the grapes are softly pressed and fermented in stainless steel at 20 degrees Celsius using selected yeasts. Vinification is carried out off the skins to prevent colour extraction and preserve the wine's delicate character. The wine is then matured in stainless steel for four months to maintain freshness and aromatic purity.

Tasting Notes

A delicate nose of honeyed spice, floral notes, apple, and citrus. The palate shows ripe fruit and subtle almond flavours with crisp, lemony acidity and good weight through to a clean, refreshing finish.

A natural match for seafood risottos, baked fish, and cold white meats. Also excellent with salads, vegetarian dishes, and light Italian cuisine. Ideal as a summer aperitif.
