Bomberger’s Declaration Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 2025 Release is a bold and expressive small-batch bourbon that continues the legacy of one of America’s most historic distilleries. Crafted by Michter’s, this release pays homage to the original Bomberger’s distillery of the 1800s, later known as Michter’s in the 20th century. The 2025 edition showcases the distillery’s commitment to innovation and tradition through its use of Chinquapin oak barrels, each seasoned naturally for varying periods of 18 months, 3 years, 4 years, and 5 years. This variation in wood ageing alters the oak’s chemical contribution, resulting in a layered and complex spirit.

The bourbon presents a rich mahogany hue and opens with a nose of bright fruit, roasted nuts, and salted caramel. On the palate, it delivers a dynamic and multi-dimensional experience, transitioning from floral and jammy notes to sweet and savoury flavours.
