Vineyard & Production

Fruit is sourced from select sites across the Western Cape, with each grape variety handled independently and fermentation tailored to its individual profile. Oak ageing is applied selectively to build structure and complexity, while concrete and amphorae contribute freshness and mouthfeel. The final blend is assembled to harmonise vibrancy with layered richness. Best served at 10–12°C.

Tasting Notes

Bright straw-yellow with golden highlights. The nose is fresh and intricate quince, poached pear, and nectarine, alongside bruised apple, chamomile, and a whisper of baking spice. On the palate, ripe stone fruit and citrus are framed by textured Semillon, lifted Chenin Blanc, and floral Viognier. The finish is long, seamless, and quietly luxurious, with a pithy, slightly saline mouthfeel and hints of ginger and cinnamon.
