Vineyard & Production

The grapes are cultivated at Finca Los Durmientes in Tupungato, situated within the Uco Valley at an elevation of 1,030 metres above sea level. Here, deep sandy loam soils and intense Andean sunshine allow the grapes to develop rich concentration, while crisp mountain nights preserve high natural acidity. Following a careful harvest, the fruit undergoes a cold maceration for three to five days to extract brilliant colour and subtle floral aromatics. Fermentation occurs over ten days under strict organic guidelines, and the wine is aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks to build a silky mouthfeel while maintaining absolute purity.
