The Boccantino Primitivo Susumaniello Salento IGT comes from Apulia, the Boot heel of Italy. It is characterized by a fruity-berry scent, accompanied by sweet spices such as vanilla and cinnamon. Dark red colour with purple glints. A complex bed of aromas with red fruits and spicy notes. On the palate it is warming and intense with dark juicy fruit, cinnamon, spice and tobacco. An ideal wine to be paired with grilled meat and aged cheeses.

This blend undergoes a final aging in bottle for 3 months after spending separate ageing time in oak barrels.
