Boccantino Fiano Appassito Salento IGT is a refined white wine that highlights the aromatic potential of Southern Italy’s Fiano grape.

Vineyard and Terroir
Grapes are grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of Salento, Puglia, benefiting from the Mediterranean climate and well-drained soils, which allow the fruit to achieve optimal ripeness.

Viticulture
The grapes are carefully hand-harvested to ensure only the best fruit is selected. A portion of the harvest undergoes partial drying (appassimento) to concentrate the sugars and intensify flavours.

Winemaking
The wine is partly aged in wooden barrels for three months, adding subtle complexity while preserving the varietal freshness. Fermentation is controlled to highlight the natural aromatics of Fiano.

Tasting Notes
Boccantino Fiano Appassito shows elegant aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, and almonds. The palate is fresh and aromatic, with a delicate off-dry character and a long, pleasant finish.

Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with shellfish, soft cheeses, light seafood dishes, and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
