It is a light, delicate wine. Pale salmon pink in colour, with floral aromas and hints of red berry fruits on the nose. Fresh strawberries on the plate fine mousse, clean and crisp finish. The perfect apertif wine or celebratory drink. The winery takes its name from a gold mine called Bird in Hand.
