Viticulture

The vineyards lie in the northern part of Chieti province in Abruzzo, at the foot of the Maiella massif. Soils are predominantly clay, and the area benefits from annual rainfall of 700–900 mm. A warm climate, combined with strong day–night temperature variation and frequent breezes, creates perfect conditions for healthy, flavourful grapes with balanced acidity.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested by hand, then gently pressed to preserve purity and freshness. Fermentation with selected yeasts takes place at cool, controlled temperatures below 20°C in stainless steel tanks to retain the wine's vibrant fruit character. The wine is cold-stabilised and carefully bottled to maintain its crisp, clean profile.
