Mayhaw berries are the official fruit tree of Louisiana (home of Bayou). Grown in the wetlands, these tart but fruity berries are often used in jellies and wines. When they combined the Mayhaw berry with the smooth and subtle character of Bayou Rum the result was a delicate spirit with crisp, fruity notes and a hint of fresh rose, perfect for cocktails and a little fun!
