This unique corn whisky is made from roasted Atole, a hopi blue corn meal, which has been used by the Hopi for thousands of years in many ceremonies, representing wisdom and understanding, and the strength that comes through overcoming hardship. We use this rich and nutty corn whisky tradition.

Baby blue isnt bourbon nor is it white lightning. It has the freshness and verve of traditional corn whisky but with a refined complexity added by brief aging in oak. The result is a round nuttiness and roasty overtones with a smooth finish.

Express Delivery

Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday arrive on Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday arrive on Tuesday.
A signature is required, with GPS-confirmed tracking.
