Auntsfield Estate is Marlborough’s first colonial vineyard site, revived by the Cowley family with a focus on heritage, terroir, and low‑intervention winemaking. Their single‑vineyard wines highlight the unique clay‑rich soils of the Southern Valleys, producing Chardonnays known for depth, minerality, and precision.

Tasting Notes
Pale gold in colour, the wine opens with aromas of white peach, citrus blossom, toasted hazelnut, and subtle brioche. The palate is layered and textural, showing ripe stone fruit, lemon curd, and gentle oak spice supported by fresh acidity and a fine mineral line. The finish is long, elegant, and beautifully balanced, combining richness with restraint.

Food Pairing
Serve lightly chilled at 10–12°C. Excellent with roast chicken, creamy pasta, grilled seafood, soft cheeses, and dishes featuring mushrooms or toasted nuts. Its balance of fruit and savoury complexity makes it versatile at the table.
