It has been produced in the traditional way using a copper pot still in a distillery that is powered by the coastal winds and warm Cornish sun. The tang of the Mediterranean fruit is tempered by raw cane sugar to create the perfect balance of sweet and sharp. A wonderful after dinner digestive or perfect for elevating cocktails.
