Founded in 1904 in Marlenheim, at the heart of Alsace, Arthur Metz is one of the region’s most respected distillers and winemakers. With over a century of tradition, the house has mastered the art of transforming local fruits and grapes into elegant, characterful wines and spirits that embody Alsace’s artisanal heritage.

Production

Only the finest, fully ripe cherries are selected and fermented before undergoing a meticulous double distillation in copper pot stills. The distillate is then slowly matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve its aromatic purity. No added sugar or colouring is used, allowing the true fruit character to shine.

Tasting notes

Crystal clear in appearance, this Kirsch reveals an intense nose of fresh cherry, almond, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is smooth and powerful, with pure cherry flavours, delicate marzipan undertones, and a clean, dry finish that lingers elegantly.
