Aristocratico Amarone DOCG Classico 2020 is a powerful, full-bodied red from Valpolicella, Italy, made from Corvina and Rondinella grapes. Produced using traditional appassimento techniques, the grapes are partially dried to concentrate flavours, resulting in a wine with pronounced sour black cherry and ripe black plum aromas, complemented by rich oak, sweet spice, and hints of blackcurrant on the palate. With 15% ABV, it is structured, elegant, and well-balanced, showcasing the intensity and complexity of a classic Amarone.

Enoitalia is a leading family-owned winery established in 1986 by the Pizzolo family. Based in Calmasino near Lake Garda, the estate combines modern production facilities with traditional Italian winemaking expertise. Production

Corvina and Rondinella grapes are harvested and partially dried using the appassimento method, concentrating sugars and flavours. The wine undergoes slow fermentation and extended ageing in oak, developing structure, depth, and complexity while retaining balance and elegance.
