The aromatic profile opens with a potent, dramatic plume of maritime peat smoke, medicinal brine, and charred driftwood, underlying top notes of sweet vanilla pod, lemon curd, and dried sultanas. On the palate, this single malt displays a thick, viscous texture that coats the mouth with intense flavours of peat ash, cracked black pepper, and dark treacle, accompanied by waves of creamy caramel, poached apple, and toasted oak spice.
