Ancora is their classic Pinot Grigio: fresh, aromatic, and effortlessly drinkable, whether you are opening a bottle for a casual weeknight or pairing it with food at the table.

Vineyard and Production

Pinot Grigio grapes are carefully selected from hillside vineyards in Pavia and harvested during the first two weeks of September. Grapes are gently pressed and clarified before cool fermentation at 16 to 18 degrees Celsius in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 3 to 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel to develop texture and freshness before bottling.

Ancora Pinot Grigio opens with apple and citrus aromas with subtle floral hints on the nose. The palate is crisp, clean, and delicate with bright lemony acidity and a fresh, dry finish that makes it genuinely easy to enjoy.
