Vineyard & Production

In late winter, the dried grapes are gently crushed and fermented slowly in temperature-controlled vats with prolonged skin contact. The wine is then aged in a combination of large Slavonian oak casks and French oak barrels for over two years to acquire spice and polish before bottling.
