Production

Made using the traditional method (metodo classico), the wine is rested on its lees for two months before secondary fermentation takes place in bottle. In total, it spends four years on its lees, developing complexity, fine bubbles, and elegant brioche characteristics.

Beautiful pink salmon colour with fine, persistent mousse. Savoury aromas with hints of subtle red fruit and gentle brioche notes. The palate is layered with tasty strawberry, raspberry and bready characters that give a broad and generous palate with a long and persistent finish.
