Vineyard & Production

The grapes are harvested at optimal maturity from select vineyard blocks across the Great Southern region. Upon arrival at the winery, the fruit is destemmed and gently crushed into temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Fermentation takes place with regular pump-overs to extract rich colour and fine, supple tannins. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to seasoned French oak barrels for a brief maturation period to enhance complexity and smoothness before gentle clarification and bottling.
