Distilled using 100% Laureate barley grown exclusively on the distillery's farm, this release is matured in a meticulous combination of ex-bourbon casks and Pedro Ximénez sherry butts. Non-chill filtered and bottled at natural colour, this expression highlights the rich, oily texture and complex character achievable through patient traditional distillation. It is best enjoyed neat or with a splash of pure spring water to open its layered flavours.

The aromatic profile opens with an enticing bouquet of honeysuckle, ripe orchard fruit, and golden syrup, accompanied by top notes of orange marmalade, toasted barley, and soft oak spice.
