Vineyard & Production

A 50/50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, sourced from carefully tended Veneto vineyards. The DMR technique encourages greater concentration and structure before harvest. The wine is then aged for 24 months in cement vats to preserve purity and fruit integrity, followed by a sensory evaluation to determine the ideal bottling moment and a further minimum six months of bottle ageing before release.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red with garnet highlights. The nose opens with ripe blueberry, blackberry and plum, layered with black cherry, vanilla, dark chocolate and a whisper of tobacco and green pepper. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, with concentrated fruit, velvety tannins and a long, warm, harmonious finish.
