Production

Grapes are destemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 25 degrees Celsius for 8 to 10 days. Extended maceration on the skins for 15 to 18 days ensures delicate extraction of tannins, colour and flavour, enhancing the wine's structure and aromatic profile. The wine is aged for three months in American oak barriques and six months in stainless steel, balancing richness and fruit purity while preserving freshness and vibrancy.
