After harvest, 3 days of cold storage they go through a gentle pressing process and fermented. They are all matured for 10 months separately before being blended together and matured for a further 10 months in French Allier and American Oak barrels.
The result is a ripe red wine with aromas of toasty vanilla and balsamic sharpness. The palate is full and rich with red berry and black fruit notes throughout. It is a well balanced wine with good acidity and structure that comes with a lightly smoky and long finish.
