Spiced Bayou Rum livens up everything from a rum and coke to unsweet tea or an ice cube. We espcially enjoyed mixing it with ginger beer and a slice of lime! The special blend of Louisiana spices are left to soak into the rum for thirty days, allowing the full flavours to shine through upon consumption.
On the nose it is sweet banana, vanilla and cinnamon. To the palate this is mild yet complex blend of maple, banana, allspice, clove, vanilla and pepper. Full mouth complexity with lingering notes of Creole baking spices.
