Liqueurs

Liqueurs are sweetened, flavoured spirits made by infusing alcohol with ingredients such as fruits, herbs, spices, nuts, flowers, or cream. Unlike standard spirits like vodka or whisky, liqueurs are designed to be enjoyed for their taste and aroma, often served in small quantities or used to enhance cocktails and desserts.

The flavour of a liqueur depends entirely on its ingredients. Fruit liqueurs tend to be vibrant and juicy, herbal liqueurs can be complex and aromatic, nut-based liqueurs are rich and warming, and cream liqueurs are smooth and indulgent.
