Dark Rum

Dark rum is a full-bodied, richly flavoured spirit made from molasses, a by-product of sugarcane processing. It’s typically aged for a longer period in charred oak barrels, which imparts its deep amber to brown colour and complex taste profile. Some producers may also add caramel colouring to enhance its hue.
