Citrus Irish Whiskey Punch
Ingredients:
- 300 ml Irish whiskey
- 300 ml strong black tea
- 120 ml fresh orange juice
- 120 ml fresh lemon juice
- Seven dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 1½ teaspoons grated nutmeg
- Lemon and orange wheels (for serving)
Method: Combine whiskey, orange juice, tea, lemon juice, Angostura bitters, and 1½ tsp of nutmeg in a pitcher or large bowl, then cover and chill for at least three hours. Strain into a punch bowl and add plenty of lemon and orange wheels and four cups of ice. Serve punch in cups.

Ingredients:
- One double shot espresso at room temperature
- 30 ml bourbon or rye whiskey
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- Dash of Peychaud’s Bitters
- 1 one-inch piece of lemon peel
Method: Combine espresso, bourbon (or rye), simple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Stir until the shaker is cold and strain into a lowball glass filled with ice. Twist the lemon peel to release the oils and rub over the rim of the glass.

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Rye or Bourbon whiskey
- 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 30 ml Simple Syrup
- Red Wine (such as Shiraz)
Method: Combine 60 ml rye or bourbon whiskey, 30 ml fresh lemon juice, and 30 ml simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, cover and shake until the outside feels cold.
