Returns

If you need to return a product, it must be in good condition and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Returning Items

• Customers are responsible for the return postage unless the item was delivered in error, damaged, or defective.
• Returns should be insured, as any damages sustained may be claimed against you.
• If you change your mind after receiving an order, you may return it at your own cost and risk. Alternatively, we can arrange a courier collection, with the cost paid upfront or deducted from your refund.

Ensure your order details and reason for return are included. If returning part of an order, please add extra padding to protect the contents during transit.

Cancellations

• Orders must be cancelled before dispatch to avoid return fees.
• If the order is already in transit, we will attempt to stop delivery, but if unsuccessful, please refuse the parcel and return to sender (charges may apply).

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items where possible, provided they are unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition. Costs may apply for return shipping and resending the exchange.
