Distillery & Production

Produced at Glengyle Distillery in Campbeltown, which was reopened in 2004 after being silent since 1925. The Kilkerran name (from the Gaelic for Campbeltown) represents the rebirth of whisky making in this historic region. The whisky is aged for 12 years in a combination of 70% bourbon casks and 30% sherry casks, then bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration to preserve the full character and mouthfeel.
